Crazy and scary things happen to others, right? We have heard your stories and now it is time for you to share them. Commercial Brokers are in tough situations that can jeopardize your safety on a daily basis. Does your story happen in a parking lot, near a high-speed chase or does it include unwanted tenants in vacant properties, or surprise visitors when you least expect it? If you have ever felt you were in an unsafe situation in the field, then take the challenge by sharing your story for a chance to win $$$$.
Beginning November 6, CRCBR is starting a 10-day challenge that will literally take you minutes to participate. Here is how:
- Take out your phone and turn on the camera (to video). View tips and tricks for shooting video.
- Spend up to a minute telling us about a time you felt at risk or unsafe while practicing commercial real estate.
- Submit your video (keep it short) by November 15, 2017 (please submit a high-resolution video).
- Attend the CRCBR Annual Meeting on December 5, when we announce the winners.
1st place wins $1,000 – 2nd place wins $500 – 3rd place wins $250
There is no limit to the number of videos you can submit, but keep them real (real stories by real brokers). A jury of CRCBR members, AKA the Safety Patrol, will review the videos and choose the best to share.
