MPV Properties – Joey Morganthall & Robbie Adams
MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Brookdale Shopping Center are pleased to announce three new tenants. The new tenants include F45 Training, Mosaic Pediatric Therapy, and Poke Ramen. F45 Training is still wrapping up construction and is hoping to start classes by the end of the month. Mosaic officially opened their doors earlier this month, making Brookdale home to their 7th Charlotte location. Poke Ramen is still working on their space and they expect to open during the Spring.

Lowe’s Cos. Inc. (NYSE: LOW) has snapped up a notable industrial space near Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The company confirmed to the Charlotte Business Journal this week that it had signed a lease at 7800 Tuckaseegee Road. Lowe’s did not confirm jobs numbers or a timeline for the operations there but said the facility will support the company’s distribution capabilities. Read More!

MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that Huntington Learning Center is taking Suite 105, a 2,387 SF space, at The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge in Fort Mill, SC. The property is located on the southeast signalized intersection of Fort Mill Southern Bypass and N Doby’s Bridge Rd/Hwy 660/Holbrook Rd. The space is in the beginning stages of construction and is expected to be completed by June 2022.
