CRE Safety Tips: Do’s & Don’ts for Conducting Showings

With COVID-19, new guidelines are necessary to ensure the safety of brokers and their clients. CRCBR has compiled several safety practices for before, during and after a showing.

Currently, Phase 2 is scheduled to end this Friday, July 17th at 5pm. During Phase 2, there is a mandatory mask requirement for those in public spaces (whether inside or outside) where physical distancing is not possible. Governor Cooper will be providing an update this week on the state’s Executive Order.
