MPV Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 1009 East Boulevard. The 4,500 SF office building, located along East Boulevard near the Harris Teeter anchored Kenilworth Commons, was sold to Hull & Chandler, P.A., an award-winning law firm, who is planning to occupy the building.
Clark Alcorn and Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV Properties represented the seller, and John Christenbury and Mark Decherd of CBRE represented the buyer.
