MPV – Billy Thomas

1400 Amble Drive in Charlotte, NC has sold. The purchase included a 6,600 square foot warehouse building. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the seller and Mayson Petty with Kelso Properties represented the buyer, Ironhead Construction Company.
Carolina Sisters Wholesale recently leased 50,960 SF at 4201 Barringer Road in Charlotte. This was a relocation/expansion for the company, who serves as a wholesale product supplier. Billy Thomas MPV, together with Wilson Kibler Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord in this transaction.

MPV – Rebecca Herron & Robbie Adams

CoreLife Novant Health, a comprehensive weight management healthcare practice, is taking 6,565 SF and is on track to open towards the end of the year. CoreLife Novant Health currently has thirty-two clinics nationwide located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Alabama and North Carolina.
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy signed a lease for 6,355 SF. They currently have 11 locations open and operating and in addition to this Pineville location, they have recently signed leases in Hendersonville and Harrisburg.

Cushman & Wakefield – Jessica Brown & Davis Dorsch

Boston-based real estate firm has acquired a two-building office park in the heart of SouthPark. One & Two Fairview Center, at 6302 and 6230 Fairview Road, sold to a Taurus Investment Holding entity, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records. The two-building office park was 93% occupied at the time of the sale. Dunn Mileham & Davis Morris of Trinity Partners represented the seller. Read more!

Avison Young – Tom Tropeano, Chris Loyd & Chris Skibinski

A New York-based real estate firm opened an office in Charlotte earlier this year to focus on industrial and multifamily assets. That firm has made another acquisition here to expand its footprint. Lightstone has acquired a three-building industrial portfolio, with the buildings in Atlanta, Charlotte and Tampa, Florida. Read more!
