Hartz Mountain Industries sold Carowinds Distribution Center to Stoltz Real Estate Partners for $48.5 million. CBRE’s Patrick Gildea, Trey Barry, Matt Smith and Grayson Hawkins represented Hartz Mountain in the deal.
Cushman & Wakefield – Matt Treble, Fermin Deoca and Eric Ridlehoover
XPO Logistics will occupy a 639,800-square-foot industrial building in Statesville for its operations. Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Treble, Fermin Deoca and Eric Ridlehoover brokered the lease on behalf of the owner, Lexington Realty Trust.
Cushman & Wakefield – Jessica Brown, David Dorsch and Grant Keyes
Passero Associates has signed a three-year lease for 2,632 square feet at Camp North End. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jessica Brown, David Dorsch and Grant Keyes represented Passero and the building owners in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield – Rob Cochran, Nolan Ashton, and Eric Ridlehoover
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of an industrial portfolio located in Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. The final sale price was $71 million. The portfolio includes four properties totaling 869,916 square feet and is 88% leased to five tenants. Rob Cochran, Stewart Calhoun, Casey Masters, Nolan Ashton, David Finger, and Sara Owen of Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team along with Fermin Deoca and Eric Ridlehoover of Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial leasing team represented the seller, funds managed by Rialto Capital Management LLC, in the transaction.
Foundry Commercial – John Ball & Karah Stumler
Dentsply Sirona is moving its headquarters to the Charlotte area. The global dental equipment manufacturer is expanding further in the area, recently announcing the opening of a R&D facility in the Water Ridge Office Park, in close proximity to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The property is owned by New York Life, with leasing and management provided by Foundry Commercial. Foundry’s John Ball and Karah Stumler represented landlord New York Life in the transaction.
