Congratulations to the following CRCBR members on their recent achievements:

Cushman & Wakefield – Michael Saclarides

Cushman & Wakefield announced it has hired Michael Saclarides as its new Director. He will focus on institutional investors within the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Saclarides was with Eastdil Secured in New York City and JLL in Hong Kong.

Childress Klein – Henri Gresset and Andi Patton & Foundry Commercial – Tommy Trimble

Benny’s, the popular Charlotte pizzeria, is expanding with a South End location to hopefully open in the fall. The property at 340 W. Tremont Ave. is roughly 1,600 square feet, including a covered patio. In the lease transaction, Benny’s was represented by Andi Patton and Henri Gresset of Childress Klein, and Foundry Commercial’s Tommy Trimble represented the landlord.

The Nicholas Co. – Josh Beaver

Birkdale Village’s retail center is welcoming Green Bros. Juice in the fall. The 1,200-square foot space will be the locally owned juice company’s fifth location. Josh Beaver of The Nichols Co. represented Green Bros. on the lease.

CBRE – Kris Westmoreland & Boundary Street Advisors – Kendall Barnett and William Haygood

BSI Solutions recently signed on for two floors in the 15-story building at 201 South Tryon. The space, totaling 27,568 square feet, will likely become occupied by the end of the summer. Kris Westmoreland at CBRE represented the landlord, while William Haygood and Kendall Barnett at Boundary Street represented the tenant.
