Congratulations to the following CRCBR members on their recent achievements:

Divaris Real Estate – Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil

Divaris Real Estate has just completed five lease transactions on real space across North Carolina. The various new and renewed leases total 40,159 square feet, including Beauty World in Greensboro, European Wax Center in Durham, The UPS Store and Likki Hibachi & Sushi in Clayton, and Martial Arts University in Charlotte. The various leases were handled by Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil of Divaris.

MedSouth HealthCare Properties, LLC – Benjamin E. Bivens, CCIM, and William S. Transou

MedSouth HealthCare Properties, LLC has expanded its portfolio with the recent acquisition of a single-tenant, 9,693 square foot building they are hoping to lease immediately. The property is conveniently located in the medical district of Rocky Mount, NC, less than 2 miles south of Nash UNC Health Care Emergency Care Center, the main acute care center for Rocky Mount. The lease is being handled by Benjamin E. Bivens, CCIM, and William S. Transou, co-founders of MedSouth HealthCare Properties, LLC.

MPV Properties – Mark Newell, Josh Suggs, and Jackson Williams

A long-undeveloped property in Fort Mill, SC is finally going vertical thanks to Vulcan Property Group. Vulcan has already begun construction on an 8,000 square foot professional office building, including suites ranging from 1,200 to 5,600 square feet. MPV Properties has already leased one of the offices to a General Dentist practice, and they hope to continue attracting users looking for Class-A office space in a fast-growing corridor. The leases are being handled by Mark Newell, Josh Suggs, and Jackson Williams of MPV Properties.

Piedmont Properties of the Carolinas/CORFAC International – Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Lester Osborn, CCIM, SIOR

Alliance DriveAway Solutions is expanding their footprint with the purchase of the former I-77 Speedway in Chester, SC. The Speedway, a 30-acre parcel will be used to augment Alliance’s corporate headquarters, as well as a driver training facility and storage lot for semi-tractors. The deal was brokered by Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Lester Osborn, CCIM, SIOR. Jan Ringeling of Moody Group Commercial RE Services represented the seller.
