Congratulations to the following CRCBR members on their recent achievements:

The Nichols Company – Josh Beaver
Inizio Pizza Napoletana will open a new location Monday, February 15. The 2,900-square-foot restaurant resides in Birkdale Landing, a retail and office project across from Birkdale Village. The Huntersville location marks the third Inizio to open in Charlotte since it began in 2016. The deal was brokered between The Nichols Company’s Josh Beaver, who represented Inizio, and Park Commercial Real Estate’s J.D. Yearwood, who represented Fairway Investments.

Boundary Street Advisors – Rodney Faulkner
In late May, E-Fix Development Corp.’s 8,200-square-foot redevelopment project at Beatties Ford Road and LaSalle Street will welcome the third location of BW Sweets Bakery. Featured on Food Network’s “Girl Scout Cookie Championship,” the successful dessert bar and custom-cake bakery began in 2011 before expanding into a 4,500-square-foot location in East Town Market. The newest location will be a 1,000-square-foot shop. Boundary Street Advisors’ Rodney Faulkner brokered the deal.

Gibson Smith Realty Co. – H.P. Smith, CCIM
With the recent sale of a gorgeous multi-million dollar equestrian farm in Aiken, SC, H. P. Smith, CCIM, has closed investment transactions in over 155 different markets in 19 states, including multiple transactions in many cities.  Smith says, “I am grateful for each and every one of them.”  H.P. Smith, CCIM, has been a Charlotte-area broker since 1982 and associated with Gibson Smith Realty Co. since 1993.
