Cross Conditioning Training leased 1,405 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2907 Providence Road in Charlotte, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Providence Plaza including Mezzanote, Metropolitan Ballroom, Chipotle, The Little Gym, Aqua Tots, Flywheel Sports, Secret Chocolatier, and Edward Jones.
Divaris Real Estate – Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma
- Visionworks leased 4,804 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6015-A Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, SC. Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Target-anchored property include Dollar Tree, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Supercuts, Wing Stop and Kay Jewelers.
- Best Tile of NC leased 3,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square located at 4001 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. in Durham, NC. Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in South Square include Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Office Depot, Firestone, Gamestop, Mattress Warehouse and Wells Fargo.

Vape Pro renewed its lease for 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6015-A Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, SC. Cabell Shield, Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
MPV Properties – Robbie (Branstrom) Adams, Joey Morganthall, George Macon, Mike Chatham, and Justin Holofchak
MPV is pleased to announce the sale of two residential land tracts at Farmington, a master-planned walkable community with Village Center retail and office located off I-485 in Charlotte and Harrisburg, NC. TRI Pointe Homes and Taylor Morrison have begun development on the first residential properties which will bring single-family homes and townhomes to the community. Robbie Adams and Joey Morganthall are in charge of leasing the retail in the center, George Macon is leasing the medical office and office spaces, Mike Chatham is managing the sale of the hotel site, and Justin Holofchak is managing the sale of the last remaining residential property at the site. MPV Properties – Bailey Patrick Jr. and Billy Thomas
Nance Companies & MPV are pleased to announce plans for another new industrial building at Pineville Distribution Park. An entity affiliated with the two companies recently purchased a 3.67-acre site within the business park for $458,750 with plans for a 30,250 SF building on the graded lot. Located at 10121 Pineville Distribution Street, the building will be ideally suited for a single tenant. Berkshire Business Centers #26, as the project is named, will feature 24-foot clear heights, multiple drive-in and dock-high doors and office space to suit future tenants’ needs. Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International recently facilitated the sale of an 18,200 SF industrial BTS for Heniff Transportation. The property was acquired by an investor from San Francisco for $5,950,000. After previously facilitating the initial site selection and build-to-suit for Heniff Transportation in 2018, Lester Osborn, CCIM, SIOR, Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR, and Christian Samartino, SIOR represented the seller in the most recent transaction.
