How Commercial Property Managers are Navigating Building Health and Safety in the COVID-19 Era

During the Covid-19 pandemic, commercial property managers have been in the middle of it all.

They’ve stocked buildings with personal protective equipment, are frequently communicating with landlords and tenants, following protocols if a positive case is reported in the building, and ensuring mostly vacant buildings remain operational.

“We have planned this and thought about this and talked about this literally every week, and obviously, it’s changing and evolving,” said Scott Langley, senior director of building management at Foundry Commercial.
