Congratulations to the following CRCBR members on their recent achievements:

Colliers International and CBRE – Rob Speir, Don Moss and Bryan Crutcher
Rob Speir of Colliers International recently represented Linde Hydraulics with their lease of 1679 Overview Drive in Rock Hill, SC. The facility, located in Waterford Business Park, is 67,200 square feet. Don Moss assisted Linde with incentive negotiations. Bryan Crutcher of CBRE represented the owner, EastGroup Properties.

Cushman & Wakefield – Matthew Bowen
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Matthew Bowen has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as Managing Director, specializing in office tenant representation. Bowen has more than 10 years of experience in representing office tenants in negotiations for lease renewals, expansions, relocations and dispositions, both subleases and sales, throughout the Carolinas. Notable clients include Cardinal Financial, UBS Financials Services and Charter Communications.

Flagship Healthcare Properties – Brannen Edge
Flagship announced that the firm has expanded its property management and building engineering relationship with OrthoCarolina to over half a million square feet. Beginning with a single property management assignment on a property that was occupied by OrthoCarolina in 2009, Flagship was retained as manager when OrthoCarolina eventually acquired the property in 2011. Through excellent service, and the diligence of the Flagship Property Management team, Flagship was awarded additional management assignments from OrthoCarolina in 2014, 2016, and 2017. Today’s further engagement grows that relationship to more than 30 properties. Flagship will provide property management, property accounting, and building engineering services for 32 OrthoCarolina locations across North Carolina and South Carolina.

MedSouth Management, LLC – Bill Transou and Ben Bivens
MedSouth Healthcare Properties, LLC (MedSouth) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Veterinary Clinic Sale Leaseback Portfolio comprising of 2 properties with a total of +/-11,000 square feet. The properties are 100% leased and occupied under long term, absolute net leases. The properties are located in the affluent towns of Cornelius and Mooresville, North Carolina which are both part of the greater Charlotte, NC MSA.

MPV Properties and The Nichols Company – Mark Newell, Jackn Williams and Josh Beaver
MPV) is pleased to announce the sale of 603 N. 6th Avenue in Dillon, South Carolina. The 24,056 SF medical office building, located directly across from McLeod Health Center, is leased to Dillon Family Medicine, the oldest and largest primary care practice in Dillon and the surrounding counties. The property sold for
$6,000,000. Dillon Family Medicine will continue to occupy the building. Mark Newell and Jackson Williams of MPV represented the seller, and Josh Beaver of The Nichols Company represented the buyer.

SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. – Bobby Davis
Bobby represented the sellers of 24.34 acres located at 501 Hwy 24/27 with a sales volume of $550,000.

SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. – Bob Connelly
Bob was the sole broker who represented the Buyer, IC Imagine Holdings, LLC, in the purchase of 51 acres on McIntosh Rd. in Asheville, NC. Sales volume $2,400,000.

SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. – Bob Connelly & John Wilkins

  • Bob and John were the sole brokers representing the buyer in the purchase of 1.16 acre at Harrisburg Town Center with a sales volume of $790,000
  • Bob and John represented NCDMV in leasing 5,926 sf at 9711 David Taylor Dr. The 5 year lease volume totaled $566,347

SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. – Larry Core and Gino Chiaravalloti
Larry and Gino represented the sellers in the following transactions:

  • 4220 S. Tryon St. – Approx. 1 acre, Sale price $585,000
  • 2625 & 2705 S. Tryon St. – 1.24 acre, Sale price $1,600,000
  • Waterlynn Rd. Assemblage – 29.79 acres, Sale price $3,399,500
  • Larry And Gino were the sole brokers who represented the buyers, Alta Purl Apartments, LLC, in the purchase of 3.13 acres on N. Davidson St. with a sales volume was $5,500,000.

SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. – Mike Kirby

  • Mike was the sole broker representing the seller in the sale of 5010 Hovis Rd., a 73,872 sf industrial/flex building on 7.26 acres. Sales volume: $2,300,000
  • Mike represented the seller in the sale of a 3 property portfolio located at 2831 Rozzelles Ferry Rd. with a sales volume of $460,000

Trinity Partners – Rhea Greene and Jennifer Kurz
Trinity Capital Advisors is pleased to announce Toringdon 7’s first tenant. Global Payment Systems, a leading worldwide provider of payment technology and software solutions, has signed a lease for 75,743 SF on floors six through eight in the building. Toringdon 7 is an eight-story, 198,195 SF Class-A building currently under construction and slated for completion in summer 2019. Toringdon 7 features nearly column-free floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 4.25 per thousand parking ratio, along with unmatched visibility from I-485 and Community House Road. Rhea Greene and Jennifer Kurz represented the Landlord.
