Education is an important part of what we provide for our members. Our continuing education courses are the only classes in the 18-county Charlotte region that are specifically focused to the commercial practitioner. We offer classroom and online courses. See below and our calendar of events to view the current list of available education courses.
NAR Ethics Requirement Deadline
The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) requires all Realtor® members to take a minimum of 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training in each designated quadrennial period. If you are a Realtor®, you must complete this course by Dec. 31, 2016. Proof of training must be provided to CRCBR.
Here are a few ways to fulfill this requirement:

Beginning in 2017, the NAR ethics requirement will be due every two years.
All classes are CE approved for NC. Click on the course title below to view the complete class description and to register or click here for a printable registration form. All classes are $65.00 for members and $85.00 for non-members.
